You will need: 1/2 cup of colorless (or neutral) henna powder 1/2 cup of plain yogurt or sour cream. To prepare it, mix the henna powder and yogurt. Apply to hair that has already been shampooed and that is damp. Cover with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse and dry.

Mix 1 teaspoon of honey into 4 cups of warm water. Make sure it’s well dissolved. Use as a rinse after shampooing and don’t wash out. Dry as normal for a great shine!
