Things You’ll Need

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Coconut milk
  • Yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Egg
  • Honey
  • Vitamin E
  • Mayonnaise


1. Mix banana and avocado for a tropical cream hair moisturizer. Mash one ripe banana and one ripe avocado with a fork until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Add 1 cup of coconut milk. Mix well. Apply moisturizer to damp hair. Leave moisturizer on hair for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it out with warm water.

2. Combine 1 cup of plain yogurt with 4 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 egg, 2 tsp. honey and the oil from 2 vitamin E capsules. Mix until smooth and creamy. Apply conditioner to damp hair. Leave in for 20 to 30 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

3. Combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and half an avocado in a bowl until smooth. Apply the conditioner evenly to damp hair. Allow the conditioner to remain on the hair for at least 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
